What this site is for

This site shares information about Thrive's HR, benefits, leadership and growth services. It also offers free self-guided tools, like the HR Assessment, to help business leaders see where they stand.

About the HR Assessment

The assessment is a general, educational tool. Please keep these points in mind:

  • It is not legal, HR, benefits, tax or employment law advice. Your results are a starting point for reflection, not a professional opinion about your business.

  • Your results depend on your answers. They reflect only what you report and do not review your actual policies, documents or practices.

  • Laws change and vary by state and location. Before you act on your results, talk with a qualified attorney or HR professional about your specific situation.

  • Taking the assessment does not make you a Thrive client. A client relationship begins only when you and Thrive sign a written agreement.

You are welcome to share your own results report with your leadership team.

Booking a call

When you schedule a call, you leave our site and use a form hosted by HoneyBook. HoneyBook's own terms and privacy policy apply there. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligate you to buy anything.

Using the site responsibly

When you use this site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false information or information about someone else without their permission.

  • Try to break into, overload, scrape or interfere with the site or its tools.

  • Copy, resell or republish our content or assessment questions without our written permission.

  • Use the site for anything unlawful.

The text, assessment questions, scoring, graphics, logos and other materials on this site belong to Thrive Leadership Partners LLC or the people who license them to us. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other use needs our written permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and running smoothly. Even so, the site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will be error free, always available, or right for your particular needs.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Thrive will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using the site or relying on assessment results. This includes lost profits, lost data and business interruption. If Thrive is found responsible for any loss related to the site, our total responsibility will not exceed $100.

Your responsibility

If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against Thrive, you agree to cover Thrive's reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites, such as HoneyBook, podcast platforms or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte County, Florida.
